Her journey began shortly after graduating medical school when she realized that there was a large gap between what she learned in medical school and what it truly means to be well. Her quest for information revealed the lack of inclusion in the wellness community. Since then, she’s been dedicated to creating and curating well-researched information for those who are often forgotten.

Recognizing and Overcoming Burnout as an Entrepreneur

Many of us choose to become entrepreneurs as a means of escaping grind culture, exploring our passions, and creating meaningful lives that not only look good on the outside- but feel good on the inside. The initial months (or even years) into our journey might be exactly what we envisioned but, often times, we’re slowly overcome by the same feelings of overwhelm and sadness that initial led us to entrepreneurship. The purpose of this workshop is to define burnout, recognize its progression, provide tools to complete the stress cycle, and to identify ways to prevent its reoccurrence.

  • How to recognize burnout
  • Understanding the cycle of burnout
  • How to overcome burnout
  • How to prevent relapse
